10. Village Council Action Items
    1. Village Fund Balance Policy – Mallery
       1. Staff is recommending the Village Council to support and approve the attached Fund Balance policy.
    2. Village CDARs Investment: Morgan
       1. Mercantile Bank: $200K per month for the next 12 months. Staff is recommending the Village Council to support and approve the recommendation to invest $200K per month for the next 12 months into a CDARs program at Mercantile Bank. This will give the Village greater protection in having the investment insured to their full value.
    3. 2021-2022 FY Budget Roads – Total investment is $221,291.54
       302. Major Streets: $156,302.75
       303. Local Streets: $58,052.04

• Sewer Fund: $ 6,936.75

1. 2021-2022 FY Budget Non-Motorized Trail – W Ave
   825. Approve a contract with Wyoming Asphalt to complete non-motorized trail/sidewalk leading from C.B. McDonald Way (neighborhood entrance) to the bridge. Staff is recommending the Village Council support and approve the Village Manager to enter into a contract with Wyoming Asphalt in the amount of $60,825.00. We will utilize Act 51 Dollars for this project.  There is sufficient dollars in the Act 51 Major Fund to cover these cost.
2. Social District Rules Update – Approval to add Smoking is not permitted within the Common Area during operational social district hours. Staff Recommends approval.
