    1. Approval to construct a new village hall.
      1. Village Manager Mallery will present the timeline of need, due diligence in existing buildings v. new, and bid process.
      2. Mike Fredrick will summarize bid process from his prospective and construction timeline
      3. Village Manager Mallery will present cash financing of project.
      4. Steve Bryer, Siegfried Crandall PC provide summary of confirming cash financing and available for questions.

 

  1. Approval Resolution 03202023-01: Construction of a new village hall.
