    • Jim Mallery will provide staff recommend and introduce Kyle Mucha from Mckenna for brief presentation. A motion, support and approval of the site plan is recommended, subject to the listed conditions being satisfied on page 7 of Mckenna’s memo.
  • Master Plan Approval for Public Input: Kyle Mucha, McKenna & Assoc. A motion, Support and approval is recommended by staff to move the Master Plan project to the phase for public input on the draft.
