    1. Motion, Support, and Approval to enter into Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting
      • Approval of ZBA Bylaws
      • The request of Pearson’s Properties, LLC (property owner Patrick & Angela Pearson) for special land use approval consideration in order to construct a car wash building at the unaddressed property with parcel number 15-18-173-010. The subject parcel is located at the southeast corner of North Richardson Street and East Vine Street and is approximately 0.49 acres in size. The operation of a car wash is considered a special land use in the C-2, Commercial Zoning District. Special Land Uses are regulated by Part 3 of the Village of Vicksburg Zoning Ordinance (Sections 475-24 to 475-28).

Village Wide Street Marking Contract: Motion, Support and approval is recommended to authorize village manager to enter into a contract with PK Contracting to have substantial crosswalk, railroad crossing, centerline, double centerline, and following parking lots: Angels Crossing, North of Post Office, behind Main St Pub, Michigan and Prairie. (Part of Beautification Expectations)
    2. Resolution 05062024-01 2023 Kalamazoo County Hazmat Mitigation Plan. Staff recommends a motion, support and approval of the resolution.
