    1. Street Closures Old Car Festival: June 7 6pm – 10 pm and June 8 8 am – 3pm Closed down multiple downtown streets as in past years.  They will have extra porta johns in downtown area and Village will have them at Historic Village.

    1. Master Plan Adoption: Mallery & Mucha:
      1. Staff is recommending a motion, support, and roll call vote to approve the 2024 Village of Vicksburg Master Plan.
    2. Public Participation Plan: Mallery
      1. Staff is recommending a motion, support, and roll call vote to approve the Public Participation Plan (PPP)
    3. Zoning Board of Appeals Bylaws
      1. Staff is recommending a motion, support, and roll call vote of approval of the DRAFT Zoning Board of Appeals Bylaws 2024
    4. Employee Health Care
    5. Angles Crossing CIP Purchase: Angels Crossing is in need of replacing 2 Green Mowers. The units are from 2015 and 2016 with a number of hours on them that they are in an end-of-life period.  We have the opportunity to purchase 2 new John Deer Green Mowers under the governmental purchasing program for $121,233.84.  This is a savings over $20,000.00 from normal pricing.  The balance in the 584 Angels Crossing will enable us to pay with cash from the golf course. Staff is recommending a motion, support, and roll call vote approval for the Village Manager to enter into a contract to purchase the needed mowers. This approval will also approve the corresponding budget amendment in the 2023-2024 FY budget to move $122,000.00 from the unrestricted reserve fund into the CIP fund for 584.
