11. Village Council Action Items:

a. Resolution 06032024-01:

i. Staff is recommending a motion, support, and roll call vote to approve this resolution. The resolution authorizes the Village of Vicksburg membership in the West Michigan Health Insurance Pool (WMHIP) for a minimum of 3 years. Related to health benefits for employees.

b. Discussion about Washington St. Possible transformation due to new dam construction. Washington St. on the West of Dam would end into culdesac turn around and to the East of Dam would turn into Mill St. Potential saving of $600K – $900K to not have to install new culvert and roadway. There would be pedestrian bridge to enable walkability from downtown, Clark Park, to the Mill development etc.
