  10. Village Council Action Items
    1. Maner Costerisan – 2-year extension of auditing. 2021 $14,500.00 and 2022 $15,100.00.  Needed for single source audit for USDA Loan as well.
    2. Wyoming Asphalt Paving Change Order Contract For Entryway in Trillium neighborhood – adding an amount of approximately $5,500.00. The total contract will not exceed $24,000.00. Staff and Wyoming Asphalt determined that there will be additional asphalt needed from original plan.
    3. Peerless Midwest, Inc contract to clean well #5. Cost not to exceed $17,500.00.
    4. Peerless Midwest, Inc contract to overhaul the pump and the motor for Well #5. Cost not to exceed $25,100.00.
    5. LdDocsa – Contract not to exceed $24,700.00 for repairs (Pipe Replacement) to the Spruce St. Lift Station.
  11. Village Manager Report (Mallery)
    1. Upgrade 205 Village Street Lights to LED
    2. Pre-Construction Meeting for infrastructure project is September 25, 2020
    3. USDA Loan Closing is on September 29, 2020
    4. Youtube channel for Governmental Meetings
  12. Director of Community Engagement Report
    1. Social District Presentation and Council Action on approving application to be submitted to the State of Michigan LCC.
