  1. Village Council Action Items:
    • DDA Budget 2023-2024 FY amendment: DDA unanimously approved investing an amount not to exceed $12,500.00 for 50% of the purchase price for the picnic tables. Recommend a motion, support, and approval from Village Council for this budget amendment in the DDA Fund.
    • Resolution 04182024 reference 20% match to Federal appropriations request involving Priority Area #2 lead-line replacements and watermain upgrades (Washington, Michigan, Kalamazoo, and Highway St. boarder). Recommendation for motion, support and approval to commit 20% match if awarded this appropriations request.
