Planning Commission Action Items:

  1. Mckenna and Associates – Presentation and exercise on Master Plan Update

 

Downtown Development Authority –

  1. DDA Finances – Jim Mallery-
  2. Request for approval: Up to $3500 for ice sculptures (6-8) throughout downtown Vicksburg for the Chamber of Commerce event on Feb 11th. The Chamber is paying for a live ice sculpture to be create at the event and staff is recommending approval to purchase 6-8 pre-made sculpture to places throughout downtown to encourage visitors/attendees of the event to walk throughout the downtown visiting our downtown retail stores, restaurants, and craft stores.
