i. Staff Recommends a motion, support and approval to enter public hearing to consider rezoning of 114 E. Park from C-2, Commercial to R-2. Residential.

c. Recommendation from PC to the Village Council reference rezoning at 114 E. Park Street. Staff is recommending a motion, support, and roll-call vote to recommend the Village Council to approve this request.
