a. Approve purchase of DPW Chipper Dumptruck. 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD CC, Crew Cab Chassis (Gas Engine) from Shaheen Chevrolet in the amount of $67,718.04. This CIP item was presented during the 24-25 FY budget presentation estimated at $75K. Staff is recommending approval for the Village Manager to enter into a contract with Shaheen Chevrolet to purchase the 2024 Chevrolet Dumptruck in the amount of $67,718.04.

b. Approval of multiple Village Ordinance Updates. Packets provided September 16th, 2024.
