10. Village Council Action Items
    1. Municipal Building Furniture: A total of 4 different vendors submitted sealed bids in this process. Staff is recommending a motion, support and approval for the village manager to enter into a contract with Trellis, a certified Herman Miller Dealer, to provide the furnishings for our new municipal building in the amount of $67,298.00.  See attached Furniture Proposal Review summary from Eckert Wordell.
    2. 2023-2024FY Health Benefits: Health, Dental, life, Short and long-term disability. Staff is recommending a motion, support, and approval for the village manager to enter into agreements with the listed health benefits providers. (Draft Summaries will be sent by Sunday June 4, 2023)
11. Village Manager Report (Mallery)
    • • USDA Approval for $3.1 Lead-Line throughout the neighborhood North of the Vicksburg Middle School. $3.1M dollar project, supported by $1.2M Kal County Grant and $387K ARPA Village dollars. USDA loan is $1.6M.
      • New Village Hall Update: Will update at each Village Council meeting.
