    5. Prairie St. Bridge Repairs being week of Sept 11th, 2023.

 

  • Planning Commission Action Items:

 

    1. 215 E. Prairie St: Proposed site plan for Biggby Coffee. Staff preparing for October PC and Council Presentations.
    2. Homestead at Centennial Site Condominium Neighborhood Design: Official Step 1 of process Scheduled for November 2023 PC and Council meeting.
    3. Industrial Lot at Leja Park: Scheduled to present potential sale at October Municipal Building Authority meeting.

 

  • DDA Action Items:

 

  1. DDA Grant Application will be distributed beginning September 11, 2023. We have had 3 inquiries.
  2. Placed 4 large screen TVs within DDA Social District downtown for Thursday NFL opener. Estimated 100-115 people enjoyed watching between the locations.
