        1. Petition 110 N. Leja Drive, P.I.N. 14-13-160-091:

An application for a variance from the Zoning Ordinance has been filed with the Zoning Board of Appeals by Gary Hallam, of Eimo America’s Inc. for relief from the maximum building coverage maximum for a proposed addition to the existing manufacturing facility in the I-2 Industrial Manufacturing/ Service Zone located at 110 N Leja Drive. The applicant is seeking relief from the maximum building coverage of a parcel in the I-2 zone to permit a building to cover up to thirty-eight (38) percent of the parcel where a maximum building coverage of thirty (30) percent is maximum permitted.
